Where We Deliver

Our delivery services cover all areas within mainland UK. From major cities such as London, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow, or charming towns and villages across England, Scotland, and Wales, you can look forward to receiving our high-quality Alphonso mangoes. Please note that at this time, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Highlands, or any other offshore locations.

Please note: We do not deliver to the following remote areas of Scotland, including parts of the Highlands and Islands: all HS, ZE, and select IV, KW, PA, PH, and KA postcodes. Specifically, this includes the Outer Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Skye, Isle of Bute, Mull, Islay, Jura, Campbeltown, and rural parts of Caithness, Sutherland, Argyll, and Perthshire.

UK Courier Tracked Delivery 

Please note: Due to early mango season availability: we currently ship once a week - every Tuesday for orders received before Monday 12pm.

Once we dispatch the goods our UK courier service offers reliable and affordable delivery across the UK mainland, typically within 2 working days. 

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery online through the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Updates

Our courier provides regular updates on the status of your delivery, including confirmation of dispatch, tracking and estimated delivery date.

Returns and Refunds

 In the event of any issues with your delivery, including non-delivery or damaged items, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our returns policy.
