Refund Policy

1. Storage and Consumption

To ensure the best taste and quality, mangoes should be consumed within three days of delivery. Do not refrigerate the mangoes. Store them in a dry, room temperature area and handle them with care, as Alphonso mangoes bruise more easily than supermarket varieties.

2. Quality Check

Each mango is visually inspected for external damage before dispatch. However, internal defects cannot be identified without cutting the fruit. As such, we cannot guarantee internal condition.

3. Internal Defects

Alphonso mangoes may occasionally contain internal imperfections such as spongy tissue, small holes, or soft areas. These are natural occurrences and do not make the fruit harmful to consume. Refunds will not be issued for mild internal issues, as they are not visible from the outside.

4. Cosmetic Imperfections

Minor blemishes, wrinkling, or other cosmetic flaws are normal in natural produce. We do not offer refunds for slight skin wrinkling, minor surface marks, or general visual imperfections.

5. Refund Requests

If your mangoes arrive with significant external damage or spoilage, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide clear photo evidence of the affected fruit. Photos must show the issue clearly, with no filters, enhancements, or overlapping items. Refunds will not be considered without valid photographic evidence.

6. Missed Deliveries

We are not responsible for spoilage if the delivery was missed and the parcel was collected late. Claims made outside of the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

7. External Marks and Edibility

External blemishes do not always indicate internal spoilage. Unless there is clear mould or severe bruising, the fruit is likely still suitable for consumption. We encourage you to inspect the inside of the mango before discarding to avoid unnecessary food waste.

8. Incorrect Orders

In the rare event of an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent at no additional cost.

9. Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of the product, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed and shipped.
