Mango Kefir Chia Pudding Recipe

Mango Kefir Chia pudding is a blend of deliciously fragrant mangoes and health packed fermented kefir, crunchy nuts and chia seeds - as if that wasn’t enough we've added honey to the equation. 

Here’s a dessert that will lift your spirits, even when you're trying to be good to yourself.

What is Kefir?

Kefir is a fermented dairy product that is rich in probiotics and it supports gut health. Mangoes provide a good amount of vitamin C and A boosting your immune system and improving your skin, Chia seeds are a good source of fiber and omega3. Nuts and honey bring extra sweetness and are totally packed with antioxidants. 

Flavour wise the sharpness of kefir blends well with the sweetness of Indian mangoes.

Ingredients for Mango Kefir Chia Pudding

3 tbsp chia seeds

200ml kefir

1 tsp honey

1 Alphonso mango cut in cubes

One handful of nuts

 Method 

1 In a clear glass mix the kefir and chia seeds together
2 Add the honey and stir well
3 Add the mango cubes
4 Chop a handful of nuts
5 Add to the top
